If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of you order, simply call 703-827-8600 to arrange an exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges) in the form of a credit to your account. All returns or exchanges must be approved prior to returning the product. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition within 2 weeks of the delivery date. After 2 weeks, purchaser may not receive a refund and may only receive a credit or exchange the product if it is unopened or faulty. We cannot accept returns on overly used products or products specified as non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. It is recommended to provide a tracking number for all returned packages. 

We are not responsible for lost returns without a tracking number. If the item you purchased is broken/damaged, please contact us immediately for further instructions.
